College Is Possible is the American Council on Education's K-16 youth development program that motivates middle- and high school students from underserved communities to seek a college education. As the major coordinating organization for higher education representing college and university presidents, the American Council on Education (ACE) is uniquely positioned to build a bridge between colleges and universities and their local K-12 communities, by facilitating commitment at the executive level.

Second Bilateral Conference Explores Outreach Intiatives

Providing access to higher education for individuals from underserved communities continues to be a topic of great interest and importance in both the United Kingdom and the United States. To explore this vital issue further, the American Council on Education (ACE) held a second transnational conference on the topic, October 21–23, 2004, in Washington, DC.
